โ€œThe FCC plans to tighten its requirements for testing of electronic devices made in countries such as China before they can be sold to US consumers. The Commission will review an order this month that bans device testing conducted by labs that are, quote, owned or controlled directly by entities that pose national security risks. According to a statement by FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr, he identified China as one example of such a country. He said it was important that US-based laboratories begin to take on the responsibility to certify such equipment.โ€

Bitcoin cycle lows projected for late 2026

โ€œSo somewhere between probably September or October of 2026, we should see an all-time low for this cycle, not an all-time low over at all. Before heading to the fourth quarter of the post-having year. So by March of 28, we'll see another having. And then I guess Q4 of 2029 Although it's getting earlier and earlier. So I'd almost speculate it would be the end of Q3 probably of 2029, where we'll see a new all time high.โ€

โ€œLooking back now on the analytics on 2025, there's no liquidity really in the market to pump all this. And that, with tariffs, with a lot of uncertainty, and then probably the inflation from those ETFs that were exciting this last year, that was definitely fun to see ETFs come online. And that drove a lot of market sentiment. That's probably why we had that early run up that you were just talking about before that last halving, which was April of 2024. Middle East tensions are the primary driver of macro volatility - supply chain disruptions and geopolitical risks in the energy sector are creating a floor for inflation that the Fed cannot easily control.

โ€œEnergy is really the driver here; if you have a supply shock in oil, that's something the Fed can't really control but has to react to.โ€

The Federal Reserve is caught in a policy trap - central bankers face a lose-lose scenario where they cannot cut rates into a supply-side energy shock without risking an inflation spiral, yet keeping rates high threatens financial stability.
